Frost hardy Perennial:

For optimal planting, it's advised to gently sow seeds onto the surface of well-draining seed-raising mix, ensuring they're only about 1mm deep as they require light for germination. This can be done in containers or by directly sowing the seeds. Aim for autumn or winter planting when temperatures drop, as seeds typically need cooler conditions to sprout. Keep the soil consistently moist and space the seeds about 30cm apart for adequate growth.
